How can I book a bike?
Booking your rental is easy! Simply send us an email with the bike you’d like to rent and the dates you need it. When you come to pick it up, we’ll ask for a copy of your ID for verification.

Can I use the bike for racing?
Unfortunately, our rental bikes are not available for race use. Due to the high risk of damage or theft on race days, we can’t allow them to be raced.
Can I rent bikes for friends or family?
Yes, absolutely! You can rent bikes for your friends or family. Just let us know the details when you book, and we’ll have everything ready for you.

Can I travel with a rented bike?
No, rented bikes cannot be flown or taken far beyond the rental location. We recommend using the bike locally to get the best experience without any hassle. ________________________________________
What should I bring when picking up my bike?
When picking up your rental, we provide helmets and bike lights. Additionally, you’ll need to present a valid photo ID for registration.

How do I set my saddle height?
Don’t worry! Our team will assist you in adjusting the saddle to your perfect height and fit based on your body measurements, so you’re comfortable and ready to ride.

What If the bike is damaged or stolen?
Please note that our rental bikes are not insured. In case of theft or damage, the customer is responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement. Please handle the bike with care during your rental period.
