Two friendly and professional guys were at work when I dropped off my e-bike for a check-up. When I picked up my bike, one of them explained and answered my questions patiently. He also gave me an advice to use both breaks equally. I’d definitely come back for the next check-up. They speak English as well as Italian.
The brakes on my e-bike were at the rear end. We are here on vacation, so I wanted to make an appointment for it. The friendly employee told me he had time now and I could pick up my e-bike in two hours. That's how it was, new brake disc, new brake pads and bled, and works great at an absolutely fair price. Great, again at any time.
The horn on my e-bike could no longer be turned off and the gears no longer worked. After prompt and careful diagnosis, the electronic problem was found. The replacement part was ordered immediately and I was able to pick up my bike repaired the next day. That was great and friendly service - thank you!
After the bike trail we had a flat tire and a bent and no longer centered rim. We went to Rock ‘n Road the next day. Within an hour they installed a new tube and centered the rim. This at an absolutely fair price. We were very satisfied and can absolutely recommend the business. Not to forget the very friendly staff. Any time!
On a tour, the remote of a Levo E-Bike fell dead, so we went to this shop just after the ride. The guys were very helpul and offered to change the part immediately. 20mins later, we were on the road again.Can definitely recommend, and will come back the next time around.
